Celtic Kymchi

This naturally fermented, unpasteurised sauerkraut is a Welsh version of a Korean recipe. We’ve used local ingredients but still made sure it has a chilli, garlic and ginger kick that mimics the traditional Korean Kimchi recipe.  This flavour won a 1 star Great Taste Award in 2020 making it some of the best kimchi to buy in the UK.
